Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have an easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product. To ensure this, we have designed a hassle-free and flexible return process to return products, whenever applicable.
Our 100% Customer Satisfaction program allows Returns and Replacements for:
• Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” Condition
• Product not as per description in our website
• Wrong product received


Return Process

If a customer wants to return our products, then for that customer needs to raise a return query on our WhatsApp help service number +91 7400084787 or email id lp@bridgecommerce.in with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Along with these, we also need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer support team can check your case and assist you with our return procedure. Please mention your order number in the email.
Please allow our customer service team at least 24-48 hours to check and send you to return instructions on your mail-id.
While returning our item/product to our warehouse, you will be compensated for return courier charges, and for other cases, you have to bear Rs.150 flat courier charges. Kindly pack the returned product well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in good condition.


Refund Policy


The amount which you paid for our product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund.

Return Conditions


1. It is mandatory to communicate our customer service team on our customer support mail id/WhatsApp if you want to return the product. We will not accept returns that are directly sent back to our warehouse without informing our customer service team on mail.
2. No returns will be accepted which are sold during promotional offers.
3. items which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original tags and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. A refund will only be issued only after a quality check of the product.

(NOTE: We don’t ask about any bank or card details, OTP code at the time of refund, so kindly don’t provide any such details to anyone. The original shipping fee & Handling charges are non-refundable.)
